If you aren’t sure of what to schedule- don’t stress!

Book what you think you need or what you are interested in! I plan time into my schedule to educate and change (some) treatments if needed. There will also be a little space to write me a note when you book. I review my schedule and I can reach out to you if I’m worried about the time or day.

It’s different for each treatment, but a good rule of thumb is 30 minutes for Botox, Dysport or Jeuveau. Plan 60 minutes for hyaluronic acid injectables (fillers), Sculptra, SkinVive, or Kybella. Microneedling takes the longest- so plan about 90 minutes for that treatment.

Yes! Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, Fish Oils, and Aspirin are all blood thinners. I am poking you with a needle during treatment so there is ALWAYS a possibility of bruising, but if you want to try to minimize it as much as possible- stay away from these products for 10 days before treatment.

Each treatment has its own set of rules when it comes to aftercare but general rules after injections are:

• No exercising for 24 hours

• Keep face clean and free of products for 12 hours

• No touching your face, and if you have to- WASH YOUR HANDS

• No massaging unless instructed to

• If you need something for pain or discomfort- start with Acetaminophen and ice.

• ALWAYS call or text if something is concerning you or you have questions!!!

My answer is always- whatever is easiest for you but I usually respond to text and email the fastest.
